Blogging, is there a point?

What is the point of blogging?    Can it generate income?  Can it generate business?  Or is it simply a soap box for your own opinion?  Does any one listen?

Having the family up at the has been a riot. Getting up to the sound of elephants crashing around the house at 7 am...oh wait, that's the sound of happy feet running for glory in the morning....a quick run in the lake, or rather a swim to the bouy, followed by a rest in the hot tub, makes for a good start of the day.

Ski or wake board, or just the tube of doom....beer, duck farts and rum and coke end the day.

Fire and marshmallows along with every hungry mosquito on the planet...

Start it all again in the morning....fun in the sun.
